How to get out of the delusion of failed change management

  • Change management is a safety belt during a flight. The probability of injury during a turbulence is significantly lower.
  • Doing business without people is impossible. The same holds true for changes...
  • There is a high probability of being slapped in the face in the change process. But is it much worse to morally fail in implementing changes to such a degree that we are not even worth the slap in the face to anybody.
  • There is no change manager with a black belt who can manage anytime, anywhere, anything. However, there are smart leaders who do not rely on themselves in implementing changes, but on their team, discipline and a lucrative vision.

Change management: 70% of failures. Is it really rocket science?
