• The number of people in their 30’s will continue to diminish and the number of people in their 50’s will continue to rise in Slovakia over the upcoming decade.  Experts believe that by 2030 half of today’s jobs will be obsolete. Companies push for innovations, but how can we make sure that the innovative type of people will be hired to fill positions in our organizations?
• Are we supposed to hire right hemisphere profiles to fill left hemisphere jobs?
• What are the measurable elements of corporate culture? Can they promote innovations? What role does HR play in developing and promoting them? And after all, shouldn’t HR be the first candidate to undergo innovation?

There are many questions about the future of work and labor force that are a concern to today’s leaders. Together with our speakers we will try to find answers to at least some of these questions at our TREND Conference Personnel Management 2017.

Andrej Zaťko, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Poštová banka, will talk during the presentation about the complexity of the changes the bank has completed over the last two years. Changes concerned not only logos and product changes, but also corporate culture.
